Fashionweek.rs is focused on discovering, developing and connecting models with professional opportunities in fashion, runway and international markets.
Our work begins with Discovery — identifying new faces with genuine potential for the fashion industry. We look beyond a single photograph or a standard model profile, considering the overall potential of each individual, including appearance, proportions, presence, photogenic qualities, personality, runway potential and suitability for different areas of the fashion and modelling industry. Our goal is to identify promising talent at an early stage and create opportunities for models who have the potential to develop professionally.
Our New Faces selection is designed for models who are beginning their careers as well as emerging talents looking for a more professional direction. Entering the industry is only the first step. A successful modelling career requires development, preparation, professional presentation and access to the right opportunities. We therefore focus on identifying models who can be developed for fashion, editorial, commercial and runway work, according to their individual characteristics and potential.
Through Development, selected models can work toward building a stronger professional profile and becoming better prepared for the demands of the fashion industry. Development may include portfolio direction, test shoots, digitals, presentation, runway preparation, casting preparation, personal positioning and guidance on how to present themselves to agencies, designers, brands, photographers, casting directors and international partners. Each model has a different starting point, and development is therefore approached according to the model’s individual profile and career direction.
Our focus also extends to Fashion Models working across different areas of the industry. Fashion opportunities can include editorial productions, magazines, lookbooks, designer collections, campaigns, showroom presentations, fittings, e-commerce, beauty and luxury projects, as well as selected commercial productions. We aim to connect models with opportunities that correspond to their profile, experience and professional development.
Runway is another important part of our work. Fashion shows require more than appearance alone. Models need runway presence, discipline, movement, timing, presentation and the ability to work within a professional production environment. We prepare selected models for castings, fittings, rehearsals and runway appearances and connect suitable talent with designers, fashion productions and Fashion Week-related opportunities.
For models with the appropriate profile and development, Placement Abroad provides a pathway toward international opportunities. We connect selected models with potential opportunities outside their home market and introduce suitable profiles to international agencies, agents, casting professionals, designers and other industry partners. International placement is approached individually, with consideration given to the model’s profile, experience, market requirements and professional readiness.
At the centre of our international work are International Agents and professional agency relationships. We collaborate with agencies and agents from different markets to facilitate communication, scouting, model introductions, development and potential representation. International modelling is a highly competitive industry, and successful cooperation depends on professional standards, accurate model information, appropriate presentation and the right match between a model and a particular market.
