We identify promising models at the beginning of their careers.
Every established model begins somewhere. New Faces represents the stage where potential is identified before a career has fully taken shape. We work with emerging models who are at the beginning of their professional journey and help determine how their individual characteristics can translate into the fashion and modelling industry.
A New Face does not necessarily need an extensive portfolio, previous Fashion Week experience or years of professional work. What matters is potential. We look at the complete profile of a candidate, including appearance, proportions, age, presence, movement, personality, adaptability and suitability for different areas of modelling.
Our approach is designed to give new models a clearer understanding of where they may fit within the industry. Some candidates may have strong runway potential. Others may be more naturally suited to editorial photography, beauty campaigns, commercial advertising, e-commerce, lifestyle productions or international markets.
Professional development begins with realistic evaluation. Rather than treating every model in exactly the same way, we consider the individual characteristics of each profile and identify the types of opportunities that may be appropriate.
Selected New Faces can be introduced to castings, test shoots, fashion productions, portfolio development and other professional opportunities according to their profile. As experience grows, models can progress toward more specialized fashion and commercial markets.
We believe that the beginning of a modelling career should be approached with professionalism and long-term perspective. New Faces is therefore not simply a category on a website. It is a starting point for identifying talent, building experience and understanding the professional standards required by the fashion industry.
For models with genuine potential, the first step may be the most important one: being seen, evaluated and given the opportunity to develop.
