Great models are not always found where the fashion industry expects them to be. Discovery is about recognizing potential early — identifying distinctive faces, strong proportions, natural presence, individuality and the qualities that can develop into a professional modelling career.
Our discovery process is focused on finding new talent across the Balkans and beyond, including individuals who may have little or no previous professional modelling experience. We look beyond a single photograph or a current portfolio. A promising model can be defined by many elements: facial character, body proportions, movement, attitude, adaptability, camera presence, discipline and the ability to evolve.
Through Agency SNOB and our fashion-focused platform, we connect discovery with a professional evaluation process. New candidates can be introduced through online submissions, castings, recommendations, scouting activities and direct applications. Selected profiles can then be reviewed according to their potential for fashion, editorial, runway, commercial, beauty and international work.
Discovery is the first stage of a longer journey. Being discovered does not mean simply being added to a database. It means having an opportunity to be evaluated within a professional fashion environment and, where appropriate, developed toward suitable markets and assignments.
We are particularly interested in new faces with individuality — models who can build a recognizable visual identity rather than simply reproduce an existing look. Some may have the potential for runway and high fashion, while others may be better suited to editorial, commercial, beauty, advertising or lifestyle work.
Our objective is to identify potential early, understand where that potential can be developed, and create a professional path that can lead from first discovery to model development, casting opportunities, bookings and international representation.
